Be in prayer for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Wikipedia says, “So far there have been at least 77 deaths, a number which is still rising. It is also estimated to be the costliest natural disaster in United States history.” Pray that God would spare lives, that churches would be mobilized to help those in need, and that this would draw people to God as they are faced with their own mortality and lack of control over the situation.
