President Bush signaled his opposition to a South Dakota abortion ban that forbids the procedure even in cases of rape or incest, saying he favors such exceptions. Things like this frustrate me. I know a lot of Christians have been grateful for Bush’s harder than normal stance on abortion… but this statement makes me wonder if his stance is based on biblical or personal conviction. I don’t think the bible distinguishes between fortunate and unfortunate life.
