Egyptian lawyer to sue Jews for biblical 'plunder'

I think this is a crazy and far fetched idea. How can you file a lawsuit based on something that happened thousands of years ago?

If someone can do this, then I could file a lawsuit against the children of the man who murdered my great great great uncle. Does that make any sense? Are children held responsible for the deeds of their parents or are we doomed to be drenched in their past histories and never climb out?
